2) 라인스캐너: 기존의 2D 라인스캐너에 초고속 Z축 가변 초점을 구현이 가능한당사의 MALS™ 기술을 결합하여 실시간 3D 이미지, All-in-Focus는 물론 층간 분석도 지원하는 세계 최초의 고속 3D 라인 스캔 장치입니다.
소면적 검사의 경우 Area Camera을 사용하나, 라인스캐너는 Line Camera와 결합하여 대면적 검사가 가능합니다. 적용 가능 분야는 디스플레이 패널, PCB, 웨이퍼 등 크기나 면적이 큰 대상체를 보는 경우에 활용이 가능합니다.

1) WiseTopo: An optical module that can convert an existing 2D microscope into 3D with a simple installation. Utilizing MALS™, the core technology of SD Optics, WiseTopo provides real-time manual/automatic focus, multi-focus, all-in-focus (2.5D) and 3D images of objects without moving the Z-axis.
With 3D information, user can learn more about the objects that are often missed in a 2D microscope which will result a more intuitive understanding of objects. The application of WiseTopo can be any area within the vision inspection area that requires a large number of precise repeat inspection.

2) Line Scanner: The world's first high-speed 3D line scanning device that combines SD Optics’ MALS™ technology with traditional 2D line scanners.
MALS™ enables ultra-fast Z-axis variable focus, and this results our 3D scanner to support real-time 3D images, all-in-focus, as well as interlayer analysis at the same time. Area Camera is used for small area inspection, but Line Scanner can be combined with Line Camera for large area inspection. Applicable fields are display panels, PCBs, and wafers to name a few, and can be extended to fields that view objects or large size or area.
